Journal paper has been published
The sixth journal paper created as part of the LandSlidePlan project „The Use of High-Resolution Remote Sensing Data in Preparation of Input Data for Large-Scale Landslide hazard Assessments“ has been published in Land journal. The authors of the paper are Marko Sinčić, Sanja Bernat Gazibara, Martin Krkač, Hrvoje Lukačić and Snježana Mihalić Arbanas. The paper presents and analyses a complete landslide inventory for the study area in the Hrvatsko zagorje region (one of the study areas within the LandslidePlan project) and landslide conditioning factors which represent the necessary input data for landslide susceptibility analyses. The research was carried out in such a way that the input data and landslide conditioning factors obtained by remote sensing were compared with alternative available data. The need and advantages of high-resolution data over the other sources of input data are highlighted. The results of the research present a basis for future research that will include susceptibility analyses, as the processes of creating landslide conditioning factors and elements at risk are defined.
